Day 1 – Arrive Kochi – Munnar
Welcome to Kerala, a major port city on the south west coast of India. Proceed to Munnar. Munnar, breathtakingly beautiful, a heaven of peace and tranquility, the idyllic tourist destination in God’s own country. It is such a beautiful place in Kerala, which cannot be portrayed in a single canvas. Overnight stay.
Day 2 – Munnar
Munnar is all about Crisp mountain air, Craggy peaks & manicured Tea Estates. Visit Mattupetty, known for its highly specialized dairy farms. Over a 100 varieties of high yielding cattle are reared here. The Mattupetty Dam & lake is another beautiful picnic spot. Boating facilities are available here. The sprawling Kundala Tea Plantations and the Kundala Lake are other attractions in the vicinity. Proceed to Eco-point, this scenic place gets its name from the natural eco phenomenon here. Also visit Rajamali-Eravikulam National Park, the natural habitat of the Nilgiri Tahr. The highest mountain peak in South India, Anamudi is located in the southern region of the Park. In the evening relax at the hotel or resort. Overnight stay.(B)
Day 3 – Munnar-Thekkady
Drive to Thekkady, enjoy the scenic landscape. Periyar forest of Thekkady is one of the finest wildlife reserves in India and famous for its large Elephant population, which can be easily spotted from the boat. Get a wonderful experience of Spice plantations tour. Don’t miss Kathakali dance show which is an additional attraction in Thekkady. Overnight at Thekkady.(B)
Day 4 – Thekkady-Alappuzha
Today morning go for a Boat Tour in Thekkady, which will be an unique experience. Transfer from Thekkady to Alappuzha. Alappuzha is a town with picturesque Canals, Backwaters, and Lagoons. Here you can enjoy amazing Backwater tour and make your holiday memorable. Overnight stay.(B)
Day 5 – Alappuzha-Kovalam
Proceed to Kovalam. Enjoy beach activities. Over night at Kovalam.(B)
Day 6 – Kovalam
Today visit Padmanabhswamy Temple which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, Napier Museum which has a good collection of Bronze, historical ornaments, temple chariots and ivory carvings & also visit one of the best Zoo in South India. Over night at Kovalam.(B)
Day 7 – Kovalam-Thiruvananthapuram departure
